Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator Support professional to join our team. As an IT System Administrator Support, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and contributing to the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
Your tasks will include supporting our users in 1st and 2nd level support, managing access and authorizations, patch management, client and server management, configuration and maintenance of our monitoring system, and optimization and documentation of processes in the IT infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a similar qualification in the IT environment
* Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
* Knowledge of network and IT security and data protection
* Knowledge of Microsoft server products including Active Directory, Teams, and Exchange Online
* Initial experience with Linux server operating systems is desirable
* Ability to work in a team, user-oriented thinking, careful and independent working methods, and problem-solving skills
* Good written and spoken English (at least level B2/C1) to ensure smooth communication within the department
