Your responsibilities
o Manage your restaurant based on key performance indicators (sales, costs, staff, guest satisfaction)
o Lead, coach and develop your team and build a strong, motivated crew
o Work hands‑on in daily operations and lead by example on the floor
o Ensure smooth operational flow in all shifts (service, kitchen, back office)
o Implement and safeguard company standards, processes and hygiene guidelines
o Plan and optimize staff schedules, ordering and inventories
o Actively promote a positive work atmosphere and strong team spirit
o Represent and live our company values and brand promise towards guests and employees
What you bring to the table
o Strong personality, high motivation and commitment
o Genuine enthusiasm for our concept and the food service industry
o Clear, confident communication in German and English
o Ability to strengthen team spirit and inspire people
o Organizational talent with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
o Sound understanding of business management (KPIs, P&L awareness, cost control)
o Experience as a Restaurant Manager or comparable leadership role, ideally in system gastronomy or the hotel industry
