Project Coordinator
About the Role:
The Project Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, overseeing the management of educational collaboration contracts and European grant requests.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Grant Scouting: Identify and evaluate potential Erasmus+ and other European grant opportunities for study programs and lifelong training.
* Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to university and national regulations in all grant-related activities.
* Application Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting grant applications in collaboration with Research Facilitators and Teaching and Learning teams.
* Project Oversight: Coordinate the implementation of funded projects from start to finish, including deliverable drafting, budget preparation, and financial reporting.
* Negotiation and Contracting: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, negotiating agreements and contracts that foster international academic exchange and collaboration.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate internal and external stakeholder coordination during contract development, fostering trust among Uni.lu stakeholders and assisting in developing internal work processes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Education: A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., European Studies, International Relations, Education Management), or equivalent work experience.
* Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant working experience in project management, with proven expertise in managing European grants and educational collaboration projects.
* Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and networking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with European regulations concerning dual and joint degrees, and management of European-funded collaborative projects. Knowledge or experience with Luxembourgish higher education specificities is an asset.
* Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
