We are hiring a
Global Insights & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) New Snacking Platforms & Jams
to lead insights projects across both our emerging snacking platforms and our legacy jams category. In this strategic role, you’ll be the voice of the consumer - translating insights into action and partnering with global category and country teams to fuel innovation and long-term growth. You’ll also be instrumental in building advanced analytics capabilities that strengthen Hero Group’s market understanding and decision-making across markets.

🔎 Reports to: Insights & Analytics Global Lead – Adult Snacking & Natural Spreads
This is what you can expect:
1. Act as a pivotal business partner to category and brand teams by providing a deep understanding of consumer and shopper behaviors, needs, and market trends
2. Lead and align learning agendas for product innovation, including concept testing, product testing, packaging design evaluation, and competitive landscaping
3. Manage qualitative and quantitative research end-to-end, from scoping and methodology to insight activation
4. Support M&A evaluations with robust market analysis and consumer insights
5. Build advanced analytics capabilities using internal tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and external partners
6. Create dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and business reviews to support performance tracking, brand equity, pricing, and promotion strategies
This is what you need to be successful in this role:
7. Profound experience in consumer insights, market research, or analytics in FMCG or food industry
8. Strong expertise in leading research projects and influencing decision taking
9. Proven ability to analyze and interpret data into actionable business recommendations
10. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis
11. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in an international matrix
12. Fantastic influencing and presentation skills
