We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Warehouse Inventory Administrator to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting stock control processes, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. You will work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to improve inventory accuracy and drive continuous improvement across the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute both proactive and reactive cycle counts in line with contractual service level agreements (SLAs)
2. Support inventory control processes to prevent, identify, and resolve discrepancies in stock transactions and balances
3. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, inventory accuracy, and compliance
4. Prepare and report on inventory accuracy and compliance metrics, sharing insights with key stakeholders
5. Maintain a strong understanding of internal and customer systems to support inventory and production-related activities
6. Assist in optimizing storage utilization to maximize warehouse efficiency
7. Investigate and resolve ad-hoc inventory-related issues as they arise
8. Monitor stock variances and process adjustments in compliance with SLAs
9. Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
10. Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized in accordance with company hygiene standards
What We Are Looking For
11. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage
12. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and chart creation)
13. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels (customers, authorities, management, and operations teams)
14. Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage resources and track inventory adjustments accurately
15. Fluency in English, good German language skills
