Description
* Design, implement, test, and maintain simulation modules for integrated aircraft engineering systems
* Collaborate with system engineers, developers and domain experts to ensure realistic system behaviour and valid modelling
* Improve and maintain the underlying simulation framework, ensuring scalability, modularity and robustness
* Model operational scenarios and failure modes of aircraft systems
* Validate simulation models using real‑world system data and performance parameters
* Translate complex physical behaviour into efficient software models
* Contribute to design decisions and technical discussions within the simulation community
* Ensure high standards for documentation, testing and code quality
Profile
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Aircraft Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of professional experience with simulation software
* Strong background in system modelling and validation of simulation models against real‑world systems
* Proficiency in C and C++ for simulation development
* Advanced experience with MATLAB / Simulink for model design
* Familiarity with version control, debugging tools and structured development processes
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
* Knowledge of aircraft systems, including operating scenarios and failure modes
