Your mission As a Founders’ Associate Intern/Working Student (part-time), you will work side-by-side with our leadership team on raising funds that will enable market entry in the US & Europe. You will: · Build and refine complex financial models, projections, and fundraising scenarios · Prepare compelling investor materials - from deck to data room · Support interactions with top-tier healthcare and life science investors · Prepare and support the attendance of investor conferences and industry events · Assist in term sheet negotiations and closing the round This role offers a front-row seat to high-stakes startup fundraising, with direct mentorship from experienced founders and exposure to the full spectrum of venture building. Your profile · Excellent Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field · Strong communication skills in English. German is a plus. · Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail · Enthusiasm for medicine and bleeding-edge software technology · Interest in venture capital and startups Why us?
