What will you be doing?
Join our Food Ingredients team as a Key Account Manager for the DACH region and take ownership of driving growth and building strong, lasting partnerships. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for your clients, helping them succeed with our fully traceable organic portfolio, including nuts & dried fruits, seeds, cocoa, grains, sweeteners, oils & fats, and more.
You’ll be at the heart of our commercial success, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Here is what your day-to-day will look like:
* Lead the full sales cycle ; from first contact to aftersales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
* Grow your region ; acquire new customers, strengthen existing relationships, and boost turnover and margin.
* Negotiate and manage contracts ; oversee orders, payments, and internal coordination.
* Spot opportunities ; identify market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
* Work closely with category managers ; they are the product experts and buyers of our ingredients, so you’ll collaborate to ensure the best sourcing, pricing, and product knowledge for your clients.
* Share insights across teams ; keep all commercial departments informed with market intelligence.
* Represent DO IT Organic ; attend trade fairs and meet customers regularly to strengthen our presence.
* Bridge cultures ; align Dutch corporate values with regional market dynamics for smooth collaboration.
You’ll work alongside one colleague, with clients divided regionally. When based in the DACH region, you’ll travel to Barneveld at least four times per year to connect with the wider Key Account Management team.

At DO IT Organic, our Food Ingredients division delivers over 175 certified organic ingredients to B2B partners in the food industry across Europe and beyond. Our portfolio covers a wide range of categories, all of premium quality and fully traceable from source to customer.

What will you bring?
* You have a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree
* You are available fulltime (40 hours)
* You have at least 3 years of sales experience within the food ingredients
* You have an excellent command of the English and German language
