Utility BESS Sales Manager
About the Role:
As a Utility BESS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development of our utility-scale energy storage products in Poland, the Baltic states, and the Nordic countries. This role requires an in-depth understanding of local power markets, grid policies, and energy project development processes to identify, develop, and secure BESS business opportunities.
* Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the region, including EPCs, project developers, utilities, and distributors.
* Lead project commercial negotiations, tender processes, and contract signing.
Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with our headquarters' solutions team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets. You will also monitor competitors and market trends, providing market insights and strategic recommendations for the region.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy, International Trade, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in large-scale utility energy storage (BESS) or renewable energy, with actual bidding experience for utility BESS projects and successful experience in contract signing and project delivery.
* Fluency in English is required, along with strong business communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
