Key Responsibilities
* Risk Management: Organize risk sessions, update the risk register, and ensure control measures are implemented.
* Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders across design, financial, and contract teams.
* Quantitative Assessment: Evaluate costs, schedules, and contingencies to inform decision-making.
* Reporting & Training: Create dashboards, deliver risk reports, and coach team members on risk processes.
* Innovation & Learning: Drive improvements, lead brainstorming sessions, and capitalize on lessons learned.
Your Profile
* Engineering Background: Degree in civil or industrial engineering with a preference for additional business administration qualifications. Alternatively, with Business or economics degree (e.g., TEW or commercial engineering) with a strong technical affinity for construction.
* Project Management: Proven experience in project or tender management, or in risk/internal financial control (e.g., budget oversight).
* Analytical Skills: Strong abstract reasoning to assess and address complex challenges.
* Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.
* Training Capability: Skilled at supporting and coaching others in risk management processes.
* Proactive Approach: Ambitious, proactive, and driven to excel in a dynamic environment.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in German is mandatory for effective communication.
