As they scale, they are seeking a Head of Cybersecurity to take ownership of their security architecture, incident response, governance, and regulatory compliance across all digital platforms.About the RoleAs Head of Cybersecurity, you will report directly to the CTO and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams. Your mission : to protect customer data, uphold trust, and ensure security is embedded at every layer of the technology stack.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the company-wide cybersecurity strategyLead threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident responseImplement security controls across infrastructure, applications, and APIsEnsure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and other relevant frameworksBuild and scale the internal security team and partner with third-party vendorsServe as the subject matter expert on all things security with the board, regulators, and partnersWhat We're Looking For7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally with at least 2 in fintech or regulated environmentsDeep technical knowledge across cloud (AWS / GCP), app security, and DevSecOpsExperience building secure systems at scale and managing high-impact incidentsStrong understanding of global financial compliance standards and risk frameworksLeadership experience — you're comfortable managing teams and influencing execs #J-18808-Ljbffr
