What would be your key responsibilities
1. You support the development and implementation of the marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Director
2. You monitor market trends and consumer insights to support the growth strategy and improve customer engagement
3. You generate and evaluate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable go-to-market concepts
4. You create beverage concepts that are tailored to customers and consumers, based on our product portfolio and value proposition
5. You develop marketing materials and presentations to showcase product and category strengths
6. You contribute to external marketing initiatives such as campaigns, trade fairs, and PR activities
7. You collaborate closely with internal departments like R&D, Product Development, Purchasing, Legal/Regulatory, and others
8. You work effectively in international and multifunctional Teams
9. You prepare and participate in fairs
What will make you successful
10. You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology or a related field
11. You bring 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing or brand management, ideally within the food or beverage industry
12. You have a passion for food trends and a strong understanding of market and consumer behavior
13. You communicate clearly and confidently, and you enjoy creating compelling presentations
14. You thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments and enjoy working in diverse teams
15. You manage projects effectively, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks with ease
16. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and quick to grasp new concepts
17. You speak and write English and German fluently and hold a valid EU work permit
18. You are open to occasional business travel (approx. 10%)
