Join NAGA! We are looking for a skilled and motivated Investor Relations (IR) Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will support and execute NAGA’s investor relations strategy, help shape our communication with capital markets, and ensure consistent, transparent messaging to investors, analysts, and banking partners. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership, contributing to how NAGA is positioned as a listed company and how our story is communicated to the market. Role Overview As IR Manager, you will support all investor relations activities, including financial communications, investor outreach, market analysis, and preparation of presentations and messaging materials. You will help strengthen and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and banks. Key Responsibilities 1. Equity Story & Capital Markets Support Contribute to the development and refinement of NAGA’s equity story. Translate strategy and financial updates into clear and engaging IR messaging. Monitor share price performance, peer developments, sector trends, and prepare regular internal updates. 2. Investor Relations Operations Support the creation and maintenance of the IR calendar (results, AGMs, conferences, roadshows). Assist in preparing quarterly/annual reporting materials: Earnings presentations IR messaging and Q&A Press releases (in coordination with communications teams) Maintain IR documentation such as data rooms, FAQs, fact sheets, and ongoing investor updates. 3. Presentation & Content Creation Develop high-quality presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote) for: Earnings calls Roadshows Investor meetings Conferences Support management during presentations, meetings, and investor discussions. 4. Investor Targeting & Relationship Management Identify potential new investors (institutional, family offices, HNWI). Maintain a structured investor CRM with profiles, meeting notes, and follow-up actions. Organize 1:1 meetings, group meetings, roadshows, and conference schedules. Ensure timely sharing of relevant materials and collection of investor feedback. 5. Analysts & Banks Coordination Serve as a point of contact for analysts and banking partners. Support the analyst consensus process by coordinating estimates and monitoring updates. Assist in planning analyst briefings, conference participation, and non-deal roadshows. 6. Conferences & Events Coordinate NAGA’s presence at investor conferences and roadshows across Germany, Europe, and internationally. Prepare briefing documents, talking points, and supporting materials for management. Assist in organizing webinars, roundtables, and other IR events. 7. Support for Capital Markets Activities Assist with capital market projects such as capital increases, bond issuances, or strategic transactions by preparing IR materials, data room content, and Q&A guidance. Help ensure consistent messaging across all stakeholders, including investors, media, and partners. Requirements Experience & Background 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or similar. Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets. Experience with listed companies preferred; fintech, financial services, or tech sectors are a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and project-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent presentation-building skills (PowerPoint/Keynote). Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex financial information. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident working with financial models, KPIs, and market data. Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Language & Location Fluent English – mandatory. Fluent German – mandatory. Based in Germany or Romania, with occasional travel for conferences and investor meetings. Personality Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
