The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration of one year. There are good prospects for an extension. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. You will work 20 hours/week, to enable you to continue your qualification within the framework of your current studies. Mobile work within Germany is possible in agreement with your team. 100% mobile work is not possible. The position is remunerated with 15 Euro per hour.
As Student Assistant in People & Organizational Development, you will support the further development of Welthungerhilfe's global Learning & Training opportunities. Your responsibilities
* Support in planning and registering participants for onboarding training for new employees
* Adaptation and optimization of the onboarding training process (systems, documentation, etc.)
* Responding to questions and providing guidance to colleagues in their search for training opportunities
* Support with data cleansing and with adapting the Learning Management Platform
* Revision of the intranet page as well as presentations and documents for People & Organizational Development
* Support in organizing global leadership trainings
* Support in competency-based structuring of the learning platform’s offerings for different target groups
* Support in the day-to-day planning and organization of in-person and digital trainings and other development measures
Your profile
You would be a suitable match for our team if you
* are an enrolled student, ideally in education or social sciences, i.e. psychology or business studies.
* are very experienced in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* are interested in digital learning and online learning opportunities.
* have knowledge of personnel and organizational development.
* are a communicative, cooperative personality and enjoy working in a team.
* have organizational skills, work independently and have a high sense of responsibility.
* bring a sense of humor and reliability to the workplace.
* have a very good command of English, as our team is multicultural and Welthungerhilfe works in almost 40 countries. A good knowledge of German and/or French is desirable but not mandatory.
