* Lead and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
* Develop and execute a strategic plan for network expansion, ensuring scalability and performance
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver on project milestones
* Manage end-to-end design, deployment, and maintenance of our alternative network infrastructure
* Oversee network optimization, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain high availability
* Implement industry best practices for network security, data privacy, and compliance
* Collaborate with suppliers and partners to source equipment and resources
* Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement
* Proven experience (5+ years) in leading engineering teams, preferably in the telecommunications or networking sector
* Strong technical expertise in alternative network design, deployment, and management
* Familiarity with industry standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements
* Outstanding project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
