Aufgaben:
We are looking for a Site Manager with strong experience in industrial plant construction and wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with hands‑on leadership to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
Your tasks:
Technical Responsibilities
+ Execution of measurement tasks including pressure measurement, quality measurement, pH value, conductivity, and temperature monitoring.
+ Coordination and supervision of subcontractors (e.g., tank construction, mechanical and electrical installation) to ensure compliance with local regulations and customer requirements.
+ Acting as the main interface between the project team, the customer, and subcontractors.
+ Ensuring site safety, health protection, and compliance with all safety standards.
Organizational Responsibilities
+ Maintaining a detailed site diary/logbook, including photographic documentation of progress.
+ Conducting daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and the site supervisor.
+ Managing and coordinating trades, schedules, and logistics on site.
+ Serving as the direct point of contact for the customer regarding site safety and operational matters.
Anforderungen:
Experience in industrial plant engineering and construction site management, ideally in wastewater treatment facilities.
Electrical background, including authorization to open and work on electrical control cabinets.
Proficiency with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal software.
Valid VCA safety training certificate.
Language: Fluent Dutch, Fluent Englisch, German is nice to have but not required
