Analyze: You will be responsible for the professional analysis of business requirements in the finance and insurance industry and will support the implementation of innovative data analytics solutions.
Conceptualization: You will develop sustainable business intelligence and reporting concepts, including professional modeling of modern data platforms such as data warehouses or data lakes.
Project management: You ensure smooth cooperation between specialist departments, IT and stakeholders and independently take on tasks in project management.
Data modeling & implementation: You use your know-how to structure and implement data models and reporting solutions.
You present analysis results in a target-group-oriented manner, support the development of data-driven decision-making processes and assist customers in the professional development of their data strategy.
Solid business analysis experience, ideally with a focus on analytics or BI. Experience in requirements analysis, project management, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or DevOps.
Proficient in the design of BI solutions and data models. Knowledge of SQL, especially Window Functions and CTEs. Knowledge as a data analyst, data engineer, or data scientist. Experience with star schema modeling, data historiography, or business/technical data modeling.
Languages & Flexibility: Very good German skills (C1) and willingness to travel within Germany for deployment in different customer projects.
