You’ll work closely with carriers, distribution centers, and brand partners - making sure our supply chain runs like clockwork. Tasks Serve as the first point of escalation for transport-related issues, ensuring swift resolution. Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and optimize transportation routes, balancing cost, service, and operational constraints. Lead operational meetings with service providers and DCs, aligning on performance, quality, and improvement actions. Manage carrier performance, contracts, claims, and spot quotes, driving continuous service enhancements. Travel for business as needed (approx. 20–30%).
