AG About the role As a Treasury Manager (m/f/d) - Corporate Loans & Facilities, you will manage our multi-currency credit facilities, oversee loan lifecycle operations, and serve as the primary interface with our lending banks and facility agents. You will ensure covenant compliance, coordinate facility drawdowns and amendments, and prepare comprehensive lender reporting. You will also support our guarantee planning and future refinancing initiatives. We are looking for a treasury professional with strong experience in loan operations or credit facilities - ideally gained through work in loan agency, credit operations at a bank, or corporate debt management. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of our debt portfolio in a dynamic international environment and develop into a senior treasury leadership position. What you will do Manage the full lifecycle of our credit facilities, including drawdowns, interest rollovers, repayments, and amendments. Ensure compliance with covenant requirements across multi-currency facilities and prepare comprehensive lender reporting packages. Interpret and administer complex loan agreements, credit documentation, and facility terms. Coordinate guarantee planning and issuance, including parent company guarantees (PCGs), bank guarantees, and letters of credit. Serve as primary operational contact with facility agents, syndicate banks, and bilateral lenders. Support refinancing initiatives and facility optimization in collaboration with senior management and external advisors. Monitor trade factoring programs and support working capital optimization initiatives. Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit insurers, and surety providers. Support Treasury Management System operations and ensure data accuracy. Liaise with relationship banks on account management, transaction processing, and facility negotiations. Support senior management in strategic discussions with funding partners. What you’ll need to succeed Minimum 5 years' experience in treasury, with significant exposure to loan operations, credit facilities, or debt management. Strong experience interpreting loan agreements, covenants, and credit documentation - ideally gained through loan agency, credit operations at a bank, or corporate treasury debt management. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and data visualization. Strong knowledge of liquidity management and structured financing solutions. Experience with guarantee instruments (bank guarantees, LCs, PCGs) advantageous. Experience with Treasury Management Systems and SAP preferred. Analytical thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach. Fluent English required; native or fluent German highly advantageous. Experience in challenging credit situations or refinancing environments is a plus. What’s in it for you?
