Starting as soon as possible, we are looking for you to support our team for a period of 6 months. You will mainly be required to work on site at Hanover Headquarter. However, we also understand that there will be days when you would prefer to work from home. That's why we will work together to find a solution that suits everyone – you can therefore arrange remote working hours with your supervisor.
What can you expect from us:
BPO (Business Partner Outsourcing Project) - Focus: myHR Portal
1. Project Management Support (PMO)
Assist with progress tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation.
2. Process & Change Management
Support the process definition of myHR Portal-related processes and manage change requests.
3. Content & Communication Support
Prepare presentations, decision templates, and HR communications.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with various teams to gather requirements and enhance portal functionality.
Qualifications
Are you wondering if you are suitable for the HR Technology Governance internship? Here are important qualifications we are looking for:
5. You are studying in the field of Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
6. You have a genuine interest in HR technology and employee experience concepts
7. You’re familiar with project management principles
8. You have a basic understanding of HR processes and technologies, along with UX/UI design principles.
9. You should be familiar with the popular MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint
10. Fluency in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus
