Tasks & responsibilities You will plan, define, implement, and qualify IT systems and software solutions, including technical architecture, operating concepts, and handover to operations and support units, in line with defined BI processes and standards. You will configure, maintain, and continuously improve Veeva Vault Quality modules (e.g. QMS, Training, Quality Events) for clearly defined use cases and ensure stable, useru2011friendly, and GxPu2011compliant system operation. You will support system lifecycle activities, including maintenance, optimization, release and change management, validation documentation, and 3rdu2011level support for escalated system and software issues. Based on your system and process understanding, you will analyze business requirements from functional stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions aligned with BI standards. You will contribute to agile product team activities (Business and IT), including refinement, sprint planning, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement. By working closely with colleagues across IT and business functions, you will contribute to the efficient provision of global IT services within your organization and beyond. Additional tasks for Associate System Engineer As an Associate System Engineer, you will independently design, configure, and optimize complex Veeva Vault Quality solutions, including advanced workflows, permission models, lifecycles, and integrations. You will take responsibility as System Lead for more complex systems, managing their endu2011tou2011end lifecycle and ensuring stable, compliant operation. You will independently assess, document, and manage the impact of changes, releases, and new or modified integrations across the system landscape. You will lead technically complex projects within your domain and coordinate internal and external partners, including vendors and service providers. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will consult colleagues across multiple functional areas and identify new technologies or IT market offerings that create value for the organization. Requirements Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related or equivalent scientific discipline. Initial professional experience or extended relevant internships (typically more than 6 months) Basic knowledge of IT systems within the assigned organizational environment and an understanding of IT service and system processes (e.g. ITIL) Interest in technological developments and a solid technical mindset Structured, independent, and responsible working style combined with strong teamwork and communication skills Good written and spoken English skills and willingness to travel internationally Additional requirements for Associate System Engineer Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Several years of proven professional experience (typically more than 3 years), including at least 2 years in an international IT environment.
