The Role
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
* Review and analyze written content to ensure it’s factually correct and meets the style standards.
* Develop smooth and logical conversation flows to create engaging and user-friendly interactions.
* Ensure the tone of the content matches the brand’s voice and resonates with the intended audience.
* Research, write, and edit short prompts, ensuring they’re accurate, creative, and follow the brand’s voice and style guidelines.
* Generate new prompt ideas and evaluate responses for clarity and relevance.
* Contribute to enhancing our speech system by helping create dialogues on a variety of topics, including more sensitive or controversial subjects.
Ideal Profile
Targeted Qualifications
* Fluency in Czech Language, C1 level.
* Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
* Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative prompts and scenarios that capture users’ attention.
* Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or challenging content.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
* Excellent command of language, grammar, and style, ensuring prompts are clear, engaging, and well-crafted.
* Capable of simplifying complex ideas and presenting them clearly and effectively.
* Skilled at analyzing user data and feedback to refine prompts and improve conversation flows.
* EU Passport holder or valid work permit/residency
