3. Drive strategic projects across complex settings towards clear decisions and impact
4. Oversee the business area’s performance and initiative corrective actions
5. Prepare and participate in executive meetings and events (, capital market days)
6. Enable effective dialogue between executive management and internal / external stakeholders
7. Build a strong network inside and outside of Siemens Energy
What You Bring
8. Excellent university degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Master, MBA, PhD)
9. Several years of professional experience in Strategy Projects within a leading Consulting firm or a reputable Energy company
10. Profound knowledge of Energy Markets and their Stakeholders, including Investors
11. Strong passion for the technological and societal aspects of Energy Transformation
12. Demonstrated superior analytical skills with a track record of developing impactful solutions
13. Excellent communication skills in English and proven ability to convince Senior Stakeholders
