Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have:

* Competence in agency law, contract law and/or commercial lease law.
* Knowledge of real estate markets and transactions.
* Local expertise and a solid network with market participants.
* Sales affinity, advisory and contact skills, negotiation skills.
* Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
