Your Impact
1. You lead the development and governance of requirements management processes across all system levels for global products
2. You define standard processes, methods, and tools to ensure consistent, high-quality requirement definition, analysis, and documentation
3. You enable globally distributed teams to translate product and system needs into clear, actionable requirements
4. You support system definition in collaboration with engineering leads, promoting cross-product reuse where possible
5. You partner closely with the Global System Architecture Manager and other Systems Engineering roles to align processes
6. You provide training, coaching, and templates to engineers and product leadership to strengthen requirements practices
7. You monitor compliance, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and automation of requirements processes
Your Experience and Qualifications
8. 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering with a focus on requirements engineering and management (automotive or agricultural sector preferred)
9. Solid knowledge of SysML and experienced with requirements and MBSE tools
10. Proven expertise in formal requirements management and system architecture
11. Demonstrated ability to improve and scale processes using Agile, Lean, and modern automation technologies
12. Broad interdisciplinary knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering domains
13. Excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel internationally
