Your tasks
10. They actively support the project management in the planning, preparation and execution of regular maintenance campaigns for our international high-voltage systems.
11. They create and revise detailed work plans, including the specification of tools and consumables, and are responsible for creating risk assessments.
12. They manage campaigns by coordinating timeframes with customers and suppliers, and subsequently conduct quality assurance follow-up and a review of the results.
13. They are responsible for all documentation management on SharePoint and in WebBFS, create meeting minutes and handle the rolling personnel registration for upcoming deployment periods.
14. They accompany the missions directly on site as needed, within the framework of moderate travel within Germany, and are responsible for the administration and updating of the required technical equipment.
Your profile
15. You have a technical qualification or experience in the field of maintenance planning and a strong understanding of organizational processes in technical projects.
16. They are proficient in using MS Office and IT-supported planning systems and are willing to delve deeply into specific software solutions such as WebBFS or SharePoint.
17. They are characterized by a highly structured and disciplined way of working, especially when creating technical documentation and managing project documents.
18. They possess a high level of communication skills for coordinating with customers and partners and have very good German and good English skills for the international working environment.
