Sales Consultant (m/f/d) – Jewelry Exhibition

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented individual as a Sales Consultant (m/f/d) who will support customers with expertise, empathy, and passion – acting as an authentic brand ambassador.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Personalized advice and support for our customers – in person, by phone, via email, and in live chat.
2. Conducting consultation appointments and professionally presenting the jewelry collection.
3. Ensuring excellent service and quality standards in sales.
4. Optimizing product presentation, visual merchandising, and promotional areas to increase sales potential.
5. Actively applying sales-promoting measures and cross-selling strategies.
6. Working with management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
7. Handling administrative processes (including returns, repairs, workshop coordination).
8. Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships to promote a loyal customer base.
Your Profile:
9. At least one year of professional experience in luxury retail, ideally in the jewelry or watch industry.
10. Confident interaction with demanding customers and a keen sense of their wishes and expectations.
11. Self-assured, professional demeanor – even over the phone.
12. Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and solution-oriented thinking.
13. High flexibility and the ability to adapt to new requirements.
14. Independent working style and openness to digital and hybrid team structures.
15. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
