Your Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and solution-oriented support via email, phone, and other channels. You handle inquiries independently, ensure a smooth customer experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service center. Your communication skills, service mindset, and ability to work autonomously help deliver exceptional support every day.
Main responsibilities:
* As part of our great team, you will be the first point of contact (m/f/d) for our customers
* You inspire via email, telephone and other channels
* You resolve our customers' concerns thanks to your expertise
* You listen to customer concerns and find a solution at your own discretion
* The further development of our service centre is just as much a part of your responsibilities as general commercial tasks
Main requirements:
* You have commercial training or comparable prior knowledge in customer service and an independent way of working
* You are customer and service-oriented and have strong communication skills
* You are committed, flexible and enjoy customer contact
* You are very familiar with Microsoft Office applications and attach great importance to documentation and fast data entry
