We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Director to lead our compliance initiatives in the EMEA region. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct across all our operations.
The Compliance Director will be responsible for developing and implementing regional specific risk strategies, policies, training, communications, and processes to promote a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization. This includes leading the EMEA compliance business partner team, collaborating with global business operating committees and their leaders, and serving as a point of contact for engagement with local leadership and employee groups.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
* A Bachelor's Degree (Law) or Juris Doctorate.
* Profound experience working in compliance in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry.
* Fluency in verbal and written English & German.
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of global anti-bribery laws and other anti-corruption codes and standards, demonstrated success as a role model for integrity, and strong communication and influence management skills in a matrixed organization.
