Was Sie erwartet / your responsibilities
* Betreuung und strategische Entwicklung von Schlüsselkunden im Airline-, Cruiseline- und Airline-Catering-Bereich in der DACH-Region, Italien und Spanien
* Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen im Kontext von Kabinenausstattung, Bordgastronomie, Buffet- und Servicelösungen sowie Logistik
* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von maßgeschneiderten Porzellanlösungen
* Angebotskalkulation und Vertragsverhandlungen auf internationalem Niveau
* Pflege und Ausbau eines belastbaren Netzwerks zu Entscheidern bei Reedereien, Airlines und Partnern entlang der Lieferkette
* Sie betrachten den gesamten Wertschöpfungsprozess – von der Produktauswahl über Design, Produktion und Logistik bis hin zum operativen Einsatz an Bord – und schaffen dadurch messbaren Mehrwert für unsere Kunden
* Ihr Ziel: Porzellanlösungen, die Ästhetik, Funktion und Wirtschaftlichkeit in Einklang bringen – sowohl in der Luft als auch auf See
* Management and strategic development of key accounts in the airline, cruiseline, and airline catering sectors
* Identification of customer needs in the context of cabin equipment, onboard gastronomy, buffet and service solutions, as well as logistics
* Development and implementation of customized porcelain solutions
* Preparation of quotations and contract negotiations at an international level
* Maintenance and expansion of a strong network of decision-makers within shipping companies, airlines, and partners along the supply chain
* You take a holistic view of the entire value creation process – from product selection and design to production, logistics, and operational use on board – thereby creating measurable added value for our customers
* Your goal: porcelain solutions that combine aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency – both in the air and at sea
Was Sie mitbringen / your Profile
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Airline-, Cruiseline- oder Airline-Catering-Bereich
* Fundiertes Verständnis von Prozessen in Catering, Kabinenausstattung, Bordgastronomie und Bordlogistik
* Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Eigenverantwortung und unternehmerischem Denken
* Fähigkeit, Kundenprozesse zu analysieren und Potenziale für Effizienzsteigerungen durch Porzellanprodukte aufzuzeigen
* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
* Internationale Reisebereitschaft, auch zu Reedereien und Partnern an internationalen Häfen
* Sie denken prozessorientiert und verstehen die Schnittstelle zwischen Bordservice und Produktdesign
* Entsprechendes Know-how, um den operativen Anforderungen der Airlines und Cruiselines mit innovativen, praxisnahen Lösungen zu begegnen
* Several years of experience in the airline, cruiseline, or airline catering sector
* In-depth understanding of processes in catering, cabin equipment, onboard gastronomy, and onboard logistics
* Strong customer orientation, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial mindset
* Ability to analyze customer processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through porcelain product solutions
* Business-fluent German and English skills
* Willingness to travel internationally, including visits to shipping companies and partners at international ports
* You think in terms of processes and understand the interface between onboard service and product design
* You possess the expertise to meet the operational requirements of airlines and cruiselines with innovative, practical solutions
