Your mission
Hiab is looking for a Product Sales Support MOFFETT to join our team.
Your main focus will be to provide the product and solution expertise our front-line sales teams need to win deals. In this role, you will ensure all equipment configurations are correct and technically accurate, while clearly linking our product features to measurable value and savings for the customer.
Key responsibilities
1. Support Sales Executives, KAM, Dealer Managers and Business Developers with complex opportunities and solution positioning
2. Contribute to value-selling by articulating product differentiation and lifecycle economics
3. Participate in customer meetings when product expertise is required on request
4. Support preparation of complex quotations (pricing logic, option bundling, configuration validation, tender)
5. Create and package sales plays by translating Product Management and Marketing inputs into field-ready guidance and execute local trainings
6. Govern sales-facing content (presentations, proposals, case studies) to ensure consistency with approved brand messaging and technical specifications
7. Validate configurations for feasibility, compliance, and margin impact
8. Translate customer requirements into technical specifications
9. Manage tactical product / installation inquiries from customers, dealers, and partners
10. Support pre-sales technical clarification and customization topics
11. Build sales capabilities through onboarding, training, and coaching on product features, applications, and sales plays
12. Support development of differentiated value propositions for priority segments
13. Contribute to competitive intelligence and market positioning for assigned product lines.
What we are looking for
14. Degree in a relevant field (Commercial, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Business Administration)
15. Experience in the industry
16. Proficiency is English and German language
17. Proactively connect with front-line sales teams and product management to validate configurations and manage technical inquiries
18. Ability to translate complex technical specifications into field-ready guidance and clear customer value propositions
19. Analyses lifecycle economics and product differentiation to support value-selling and margin impact
20. Ensures consistency in technical specifications and brand messaging across all sales-facing content.
