A company seeks a skilled professional to manage client portfolios and oversee various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client portfolios in accordance with company law and fund regulation
* Organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action points
* Coordinate shareholders' meetings and draft resolutions
* Analyze fund documentation with a critical eye
* Work independently and meet deadlines
* Maintain accurate corporate files for clients
* Liaise with regulatory bodies, lawyers, and financial institutions
* Deliver high-quality services to clients in a timely manner
Required Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, law, or finance
* Initial experience in corporate governance or a legal role with exposure to the fund industry
* Familiarity with Luxembourg's fund industry (actors, laws, and regulations)
* Fluent English and French language skills; additional languages are an asset
* Diligent and organized approach
* Strong communication and proactive attitude
