The Role:
As a Software Developer, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using .NET technologies (C, .NET Core/Framework). Your focus will be on high performance, scalability, and maintainability. You'll integrate messaging systems and background services, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute to the company’s technical architecture and business products. Staying abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, you'll drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the development team. This role thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
* A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on development experience, primarily focused on back-end technologies.
* Solid understanding of software development principles, OOP, and design patterns.
* Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is advantageous.
* Proficiency in C, .NET technologies, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), distributed caching (e.g., Redis), and MS SQL.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Demonstrated accountability, honesty, and motivation.
* Strong team player.
