We have approximately 800 dedicated employees (m/f/d) working in our offices across Europe including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia and the UK, who operate local and international sales and marketing activities.We are looking for a Digital Experience Marketing & CRM Specialist to take ownership of our Salesforce CRM platform and help drive our digital marketing and transformation (DX) initiatives utilizing AI tools.

This role bridges technology and marketing, ensuring seamless campaign execution, customer journey optimization, and effective use of digital channels including LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms.

You will be the go-to expert for our CRM ecosystem, contribute to lead generation and nurturing strategies, and support the marketing team in leveraging digital tools to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.Digital Experience (DX) Marketing & CRM Specialist (m/f/d) Pro AudioYour duties:CRM (Salesforce) OwnershipManage and maintain our Salesforce CRM system, including data integrity, user support, and process optimizationDevelop and implement CRM workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports for marketing and sales teamsCollaborate with sales to optimize the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign performance trackingEnsure GDPR compliance and best practices in data handlingDigital Marketing & DX SupportCoordinate and execute digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, email, and Google AdsSupport content planning and publishing on LinkedIn, including analytics tracking and community managementManage digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Dotdigital, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.)Contribute to the execution and optimization of digital touchpoints throughout the customer journeyTrack, measure, and report on digital campaign performance and suggest improvementsUtilize AI tools to analyze data and generate content and work as the main contact person in the ProAudio divisionMarketing Operations & AutomationSupport the setup and execution of automated email workflows, newsletters, and customer journeysWork closely with the marketing team to align digital activities with campaign goalsEvaluate and propose tools and technologies that improve our digital presence and marketing efficiencyYour profile:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Informatics, Digital Media, or a related fieldHands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is essential (admin-level knowledge preferred)Experience with digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, email platforms, etc.Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation and lead nurturing processesStrong analytical skills with the willingness to create insightful reports and dashboardsTech-savvy and proactive with an eye for optimizing digital workflows and systemsFluent in English (German or other European languages are a plus)A collaborative mindset and good communication skillsWe offer:An internationally active company that is characterized by sustainable action for the environment, customers and employeesA competitive, attractive product rangeAn international, committed team with a strong team spiritWork-life balance through a 38.5-hour week, our flextime model and the option of mobile working30 days of paid leave per yearFair remuneration based on collective agreements including Christmas and holiday bonuses plus performance-related bonusesPossibility of a company pension schemeSubsidy for public transportIndividual training opportunitiesContact:If you are interested in this position, please submit your application including your earliest possible start date and salary expectations via our online application form.Mrs.
