As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle. You will source, attract, and interview candidates for various technical and operational roles, while acting as a trusted partner to key stakeholders within the organization. Your mission is to ensure the company continues to hire top talent in a competitive and fast‑moving market.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct interviews for both temporary and permanent positions
* Write clear and attractive job descriptions for office and offshore roles
* Proactively source candidates through multiple channels
* Identify future hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
* Perform reference checks
* Support and advise new and existing employees throughout their journey
* Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align hiring priorities
Requirements
Your Profile
* Bachelor-level working and thinking capability
* Several years of experience as an in‑house recruiter or within a recruitment agency
* Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
* Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
* Proactive, self-starting mindset
* Team player who performs well under pressure and communicates effectively
