Your tasks
9. Independent planning and control of the development of (sub-)systems with low complexity within the framework of project execution, taking into account specified requirements, processes and quality standards.
10. Planning the development output within the project timeline with regard to deadlines, quality/process adherence and costs for the (sub-)system to be managed.
11. Coordination and commissioning of work orders for the development work with the other participating project roles.
12. Monitoring and controlling project progress with regard to deadlines, quality/process adherence and costs for the (sub-)system to be managed.
13. Identification and assessment of risks in development
14. Planning, monitoring and control of related mitigation measures as well as evaluation of their effectiveness
15. Definition of specifications and methods for development in the project process
16. Coordination and technical guidance of the project team
17. Moderation and coordination of technical solutions and concepts with customer representatives in the project under management.
18. Aligning (sub-)system development with the needs of product management
Your profile
19. Completed university degree in a STEM field, vocational training as an IT specialist with demonstrable, long-term professional experience, technical school education and special further training or a comparable qualification
20. Technical knowledge of the (sub-)system to be implemented and its functionality
21. Skills for the professional management of work package owners within the framework of project execution
22. Structured and independent work style
23. Technical assessment capability for the implementation of development tasks
24. Technical assessment capability in the application of business processes in the various development disciplines
