We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany We are a fast-paced organization transforming into a global leader. As Procurement Manager – Fruit Sourcing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sourcing strategy, developing supplier partnerships, and driving both tactical and strategic procurement excellence. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for fruit categories. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across our global supply base. Manage all supplier communication, including claims, order fulfillment, and performance. Conduct tactical sourcing, ensuring accurate ordering through stock evaluation. Negotiate and monitor prices and contracts to deliver value. Drive supplier development initiatives and continuous improvement. Analyze market trends, forecast changes, and provide insights to guide decisions. Work closely with the European Procurement team and cross-functional stakeholders. Requirements Essential Solid experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, ideally in food, agriculture, or FMCG. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Hands-on experience in tactical procurement (ordering, claims, stock management). Analytical skills with the ability to anticipate market shifts.
