* You ensure cleanliness in the guest rooms and public areas
* You ensure compliance with the a&o quality standards
* You control the delivery of linen, check and record the delivery notes
* You work closely with the housekeeping, reception and building services departments
* You deliver lost property to the reception
* You act as a communication interface between the housekeeping and reception team
