Hours between 08:00–17:00 (CET) schedule28 days holiday + your birthday off + a well-being day each year to relax and rechargePaid Charity Day to support a cause that matters to youFull training & development opportunities in a start-up environmentA diverse, supportive team and a dynamic, growing company cultureWhat We’re Looking forC2 level fluency in Spanish & C1/C2 Level fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.Ideally at least 3 years’ experience working in a customer service / atencion al client (phone, chat or email) role with proven ability to handle enquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency (for example as a Agente de servicio al cliente, Agente de atención al cliente or similar).Basic understanding of automotive operations (dealerships, wholesale, auctions, inventory flow) and familiarity with vehicle terminology, VINs, titles and inspection processes would be advantageous, but is not essential.Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and stay professional under pressure.Proactive in diagnosing issues, managing expectations and staying calm during escalations.Comfortable navigating multiple systems during customer interactions (i.e. Microsoft Office, CRM systems and ticketing tools e.g. Salesforce, Genesys, Service Cloud).What You’ll Be DoingFirst point of contact for buyers and sellers on our automotive marketplace handling everything from general enquiries and vehicle logistics to finance queries and claims.Build strong customer relationships by being their trusted go-to for day-to-day support and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience throughout the vehicle buying and selling process.Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, from listings and sales queries to disputes and claims.You will manage escalations and work closely with our logistics, finance, sales, buyer and operations teams to ensure every case is handled smoothly.Be a Part of Something Big!At Cox Automotive Europe, we are re-shaping the future of digital wholesale in Europe.
