What your new challenge will look like
This role combines hands-on operational controlling work with senior-level responsibility and business partnering, including the following areas:
1. Hands-on financial analysis and reporting – independently preparing and deep-diving into KPIs and management reports as a basis for decision-making
2. End-to-end financial ownership – taking responsibility for selected business lines, topics or projects
3. Process & tool optimization – continuously developing controlling instruments and driving automation and standardization of reporting
4. Advanced analysis – performing variance, profitability, cost and sales analyses to assess business performance and identify opportunities
5. Budgeting & forecasting – actively steering budget planning and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
6. Cross-functional collaboration – working closely with business line managers and specialist departments in an international environment
Why you belong at 4flow
7. You bring around 4+ years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A or a comparable finance role.
8. You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, mathematics or an apprenticeship with relevant controlling experience.
9. You have a strong affinity for data and advanced Excel skills (e.g. Power Query, Power Automate); experience with Workday or similar ERP/FP&A tools is highly desirable.
10. You work independently, think analytically and maintain high quality standards, even in a dynamic environment.
11. You communicate confidently in English; German skills are a plus.
