We are seeking an Senior AI Driven SEO Manager (all genders) based in Berlin, or remote in Germany. Your mission with us: As Senior AI Driven SEO Manager, you will own and elevate Lingoda’s global SEO strategy, driving organic growth across multiple markets and languages. You’ll shape our visibility in both traditional search and emerging AI-powered discovery channels (SGE, AI assistants, LLM-based search), ensuring Lingoda becomes a trusted, authoritative brand across evolving search experiences. You will collaborate closely with our CMO, content, brand, performance, pricing, product, and engineering teams to turn SEO into a strategic acquisition lever and a catalyst for long-term growth. Your Tasks: SEO Strategy & Roadmap Build and execute a modern SEO strategy focused on scalable organic growth and student acquisition. Own our multi-market SEO approach, optimising for multiple languages, geographies, and regulatory environments. Develop an SEO roadmap prioritising high-impact initiatives, balancing quick wins and long-term strategic improvements. Own and drive the SEO OKRs AI-Driven SEO & Future Search Integrate AI-driven insights and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities into the SEO strategy, using advanced tools for keyword research and clustering, search intent modeling, content gap discovery, and competitor analysis Optimise Lingoda for SGE, conversational search, and AI-powered discovery platforms. Explore and test new SEO approaches enabled by AI, including automated SERP analysis, AI-based entity optimization, predictive ranking models, and semantic SEO techniques and AI-assisted audits. Develop an approach to increase the company’s visibility within LLM-powered environments (e.g., SGE, AI assistants, chat-based search, and LLM recommendation systems), ensuring the brand is a reliable, high-quality source for AI-generated answers and improve the accuracy and prominence of Lingoda’s presence in AI-generated answers Identify and optimise brand mentions, data sources, and structured content that feed into LLMs, helping increase the likelihood that Lingoda appears correctly and favourably across conversational search experiences Technical SEO Excellence Partner with engineering to optimise site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability. Lead international SEO work including hreflang, canonicalisation, and multilingual content structures. Identify and resolve technical issues using best-in-class tools and AI-enhanced diagnostics. Perform on-page technical SEO analyses to identify and resolve issues Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and navigation for improved user experience and search engine crawlability Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and apply them to structural optimizations Content & Off-Page Growth Collaborate with content and brand teams to shape SEO-optimized content that meets student intent across all stages of the journey. Implement off-page SEO strategies, including leveraging PR for SEO Drive content seeding initiatives to boost organic search visibility Develop link-building and digital PR strategies to increase brand authority. Manage agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality, efficient output. Analytics, Reporting & Insights Define SEO KPIs aligned with business and student goals. Build reporting with BI/Data teams, incorporating anomaly detection, opportunity scoring, and AI-powered forecasting. Monitor competitors, market shifts, and algorithm changes to adjust strategy proactively. You bring to Lingoda: Proven Experience: 5 years in hands-on SEO management, demonstrating success in competitive industries. 1 year hands on experience with experimenting, evaluating and implementing AI driven SEO initiatives. Strong expertise in the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Technical Skills: Mastery of variety of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Sistrix, etc.) Comprehensive understanding of ranking factors for Google SERPs and Search Generative Experiences (SGE). Experience with c ontent management systems (e.g., WordPress) Technical SEO, including website audits, on-page optimization, and improving site architecture Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Experience in translating data into strategic priorities that align with business goals Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to collaborative projects Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
