Your tasks will include
* Administration and continuous development of our security infrastructure, including endpoint protection, firewall systems and security monitoring
* Administration and further development of our identity and access concepts, particularly in the Active Directory and Entra ID environment
* Supporting architectural decisions and providing technical advice to the team
* Operation and further development of the server and network infrastructure
* Support for virtualization using VMware and Proxmox as well as application provisioning using Citrix
* Support, administration and validation of specialist applications
* Implementation and documentation of activities under GMP
* Accepting, analyzing and processing service and support requests via ticket system
You bring with you
* At least seven years of professional experience in administration
* Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
* Structured and careful way of working
* Good written and spoken English skills
* Very good communication and teamwork skills
* Sound understanding of current IT security technologies, including endpoint protection, firewalls and monitoring
* Very good knowledge of identity and access management systems (Active Directory, Entra ID)
