For our IT service provider Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nord Ost West Informationstechnik GmbH (NOW IT GmbH), Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland is looking for a member of the Infrastructure Services division for the Competence Center (KC) Archive at the Düsseldorf site at the earliest possible date.
Specialist responsible for document workflow/ Specialist responsible for document workflow (f/m/d)
The KC Archive is responsible for operating the ECM systems for the provision of electronic documents. Furthermore, the support and administration of the software components used in the scanning centers is ensured as part of document digitization.
The area of responsibility includes in particular
* Analysis and definition of architectural principles and models for the platforms to be operated in the areas of electronic archives, printing and technical data streams
* Conception and planning of a document hub and the corresponding monitoring
* Coordination of the committees, subsystems, working groups and project groups involved at federal level
* Conceptual responsibility for the special solutions provided in application readiness and quality assurance support during the life cycle of these solutions
* Creating analyses, forecasts and innovative concepts to ensure the optimal use of the infrastructure components used
* Identifying and analyzing trends, models and prototypes of IT processes and infrastructure components
* Advising KC management on resource planning in connection with EMC and printing systems
* Taking on tasks in the context of process and quality management
Your qualification:
You have a degree in computer science (Bachelor of Science) or a comparable relevant degree. Furthermore, you have at least 3 years of experience in the field of capacity and architecture planning in the archive, print and scan environment.
You should also have the following specialist knowledge:
* Very good knowledge in the areas of host, storage, server technologies, archive, printing and scanning environment
* Knowledge of architecture management and design
* Experience in the areas of "Enterprise Content Management" and "Document Management Systems", ideally with the products "OpenText TCP" or "OpenText Archive Server"
* Knowledge of management platforms for operating centralized and decentralized storage and data backup solutions
* Knowledge of the legal framework (Signature Act VOL, SGB, DAIT, BSI basic protection)
* Knowledge of the service catalog and the concluded service level agreements
* Extensive knowledge of IT security management, IT project management and IT process management
