International Customer Service Specialist
to support our global operations and ensure outstanding service for our international customers.
In this role, you will be the key interface between our customers, sales teams, and logistics partners. You'll manage the full order-to-delivery process, coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, and ensure that all customer interactions are handled with precision and care. You'll also support key accounts with market-specific documentation and contribute directly to the success of our international business.
Your mission as an International Customer Service Specialist:
* Serve as the primary contact for our international customers, managing all operational requests and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee end-to-end order processing, including documentation, tracking, and delivery coordination.
* Prepare and validate logistics documents such as invoices, packing lists, customs papers, and certificates.
* Collaborate closely with production and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
* Manage customer master data and order-related information in CRM/ERP systems.
* Support international key accounts with market-specific documentation and requirements.
* Coordinate sample shipments, POS materials, and new product initiatives with customers and markets.
* Assist the international team with project support, meeting preparation, and data management across CRM and internal systems.
Your profile:
* Degree or vocational training in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in international customer service, logistics, or order management
* Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with CRM/ERP systems
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
