Human Resources Business Partner - Up to €100.000 per annum - Hybrid
A large, global organisation are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner/Manager on a permanent basis. The HQ for the position will be in Freiburg Im Breisgau, however site visits will be infrequent with the position being offered on a hybrid basis.
The salary on offer is up to €100.000 per annum plus company specific benefits.
Responsibilities
* Implementation of DACH and EU HR agenda
* Oversee monthly payroll process for Germany and EU region
* Management of HR compliance
* Partner leadership teams across the EU including Country Managers, Regional Managers, Finance and Marketing
* Hiring and recruitment
* Learning and development
* Implementation of systems and technology
* Performance management and employee relations
* HRIS, analysis and reporting
* Maintain knowledge of employment laws and requirements across different EU countries
Qualifications and Experience
* Post graduate degree in Human Resources
* 5 years + experience
* Proven experience of working within a similar position
* Knowledge of HR tools
* Exposure to all angles of human resources
This position has a clear progression and development pathway as the business continue their growth plans across the EU. Due to the nature of the position and exposure to EU wide teams, travel may be occasionally be required.
