Position:1- Senior Technical Consulting – Specialist): Developer
Role & Responsibilities:
• Project collaboration/management
• Receiving and analyzing customer requirements (strong customer focus) • Translation of business requirements into technical solutions
• Organizing timely implementation/execution
• Support for the LDI’s project and technical managers, as well as for the requesting departments, in the design, implementation, and operation of the respective components and systems. This support generally also includes the creation and maintenance of the documentation associated with the components and systems (in accordance with the client’s specifications).
• Definition and documentation of technical implementations in analysis, design, and the creation of operating manuals and project documentation in accordance with the requirements defined in the BSI1 -Basic Protection Handbook and the client’s specifications
• Preparation, implementation, and support of training sessions and workshops in the respective subject areas and projects
• Budget-conscious, timely, and goal-oriented consideration of the latest developments in the field of the systems and technologies used
• Ensuring the efficient use of required resources, particularly personnel, for the timely implementation of the specified technical requirements
• Compliance with, implementation of, and monitoring (controlling) of quality assurance measures
• Design, implementation, and support of tests, particularly technical tests
• Installation, administration, and troubleshooting (systematically and/or via patch procedures) for the system environments, system software components, and technologies
• Several years of experience as a project manager or consultant on medium-sized and large IT projects (organization, management, coordination) in accordance with the technical requirements of the contract packages
• Ability to competently gather customer requirements from the client (dialogue), including professional clarification of the scope of work
• Ability to translate and implement the client’s business requirements into technical requirements or implementation measures (business process mapping)
• Mastery of and ability to carry out concept development and/or refinement
• Openness to legal issues and the framework conditions of public administration
• Ability to advise the contracting authority on the introduction of new technologies
• Consulting experience and strong problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of the respective contract lot
• Very good knowledge of IT processes (preferably according to ITIL)
• Ability to organize the timely completion of tasks by all project team members

Depending on the project, the scope of responsibilities may also include the following tasks:

In addition, a particularly high degree of independent and structured work, as well as the ability to grasp complex and difficult concepts, implement them in system technology, and communicate them to others on the project, is expected. A high degree of reliability is essential.
Previous project experience in the public sector is desirable.
• Independently troubleshooting and resolving even complex bugs in the programs (using workarounds and bug fixes)

Extensive experience with the following functional areas of MS SharePoint:
• Sites: Access to all MS SharePoint features via web pages that can be customized
• Communities: This includes the ability to set up personal websites (mySites) as well as the ability to set up and use social media tools such as wikis, discussion forums, team
websites, and team calendars.
• Content: This includes the ability to version both traditional documents and social media content, as well as to establish rules for their retention and management.
• Search: This includes the ability to search for information both within and outside of SharePoint, as well as the ability to customize and optimize this search on an individual
and company-wide basis.
• Composites: This includes the ability to freely assemble SharePoint components on web pages, as well as the ability to seamlessly integrate Microsoft Office applications and
external applications there, visualize them, and work with them directly from SharePoint.Microsoft also includes the design capabilities provided by SharePoint Designer and
InfoPath within this functional area.
• Insights: This includes the ability to aggregate company data from various sources,present it graphically on web pages, and make it available for use.
• DevOps Integration: This includes the ability to link DevOps toolchains and CI/CD pipelines with SharePoint lists, calendars, and results, and to map them within these.

• Relevant experience in the graphic design of SharePoint Web Parts
• Support from concept to release
Position:3 -Senior Technical Consulting - Specialist): Administrator:
• Independent analysis and resolution of even complex errors (through workarounds and bug fixes) in configurations
• Implementation of updates (major releases)
• Advising the client on issues that arise during operations
• Providing expert assistance in the creation and maintenance of the relevant documentation and documentation methods in accordance with the client’s specifications,e.g., operating manual, security concept
• Collaborating on the design and further development of the overall architecture of the technical SharePoint environment
The following skills are required:
• Proficiency in C# / .NET / PowerShell
• Proficiency in SharePoint administration
• Strong knowledge of performance considerations, optimization, and analysis
• Good knowledge of SharePoint search
• Strong knowledge of authentication and security technologies
