We’re looking for a driven hunter to fuel new business growth and expand our footprint across key markets. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will primarily drive new logo acquisitions and open doors for high‑potential prospects. Responsibilities Hunt new accounts with Global, Strategic, or Key tier potential across the DACH region within the Built Environment business unit. Identify accounts with the highest potential and develop strategy and acquisition plans. Systematically prioritize high‑potential leads (Key+ tiers) to develop them into new logo acquisitions. Lay foundations for sustainable relationships with customers throughout the sales process and ensure a successful handover to account managers after the land‑boring period. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closed sale, and continue to cultivate relationships to ensure successful service delivery before transitioning ownership to the account management team. Provide customer information and context to new account owners and facilitate customer introductions. Recognize additional opportunities for account growth after the initial sale is closed. Work with Sales Support Specialists for quote generation and order taking. Leverage engineers, software solution architects, and practitioners to run demonstrations, provide subject‑matter expertise, and support proposal development as needed. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales hunter or in a similar role. Hunter mindset with a strong focus on closing high‑value deals. Fluent in German and strong command of English (spoken and written). Proven track record in B2B new business development. Sales enthusiast who consistently exceeds sales goals through creativity, persistence, and a hunter mindset. Business acumen with excellent interpersonal and business communication skills. Availability to travel 50%‑75% of the time across the DACH region. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. Knowledge of and experience with the buildings safety, fire protection, etc. industry is a plus.
