As Vice President (VP) of Life Sciences Instruments, you will be responsible for driving growth by leading the development and execution of our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the life sciences instruments sector, a key target market for realworld one.In this role, you will collaborate closely with key clients and internal teams to address critical business challenges within their service, sales, and application organizations by leveraging our XR solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage with senior executives at the C-suite, VP, and Director levels to define tailored strategies and oversee their execution to achieve impactful outcomes.You will manage and mentor a growing Client Strategy & Value Creation team, guiding their development and ensuring their success within the organization. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution of our GTM strategy. You will also own the fiscal and budget planning processes, including forecasting, to ensure all strategies align with the company's overall financial objectives.As a member of realworld one's Leadership Team, you will work closely with senior leaders and the CEO to shape the company's strategic direction and influence the XR solution roadmap, representing the interests of the life sciences instruments market.QualificationsAdvanced degree, preferably an MBA or master's degree in a relevant field7+ years of post-graduate work experience with a proven track record of achievement and impactExperience at the Principal/Associate Partner level or higher in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one firmDemonstrated experience in developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities leading to successful engagementsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience overseeing large-scale projectsExtensive expertise in the Life Sciences sector, especially with Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs); experience with service organizations is a plusProven leadership and mentorship abilities, focusing on guiding and developing junior to mid-level professionalsAbout Realworld Onerealworld one's mission is to accelerate advancements in the life sciences community by providing the best extended reality solutions.
