POSITION
As Product Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive the successful positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for our portfolio of solutions and platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure that our value proposition resonates with corporate clients and decision-makers across key segments. From strategy development to campaign execution, you’ll play a central role in connecting market needs with commercial success.
You will:
1. Lead the product marketing strategy, shaping how we engage the market and how our solution is perceived across geographies.
2. Translate complex product innovations and AI features into compelling narratives that resonate with buyers and users alike.
3. Connect commercial goals and technical systems with a unified marketing vision that drives measurable impact.
CHALLENGE
This is a pivotal role in establishing a scalable, data-informed, and cohesive GTM foundation for the meetings segment — in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Corporate Marketing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and lead the go-to-market approach for our platforms, adapted to our global footprint and customer segmentation.
Develop clear, differentiated product messaging that communicates value to our target audience and reflects the technical innovation of our platforms.
Drive sales enablement by equipping internal teams with the right materials, training, and positioning to win in the market.
Plan and execute cross-channel lifecycle and demand generation campaigns in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
Build and manage impactful assets — thought leadership, digital content, use cases, product guides, webinars — tailored for meetings buyers.
Align with product managers, sales teams, and data owners to ensure our GTM strategy is both scalable and impactful.
Provide insights into market trends, buyer needs, and competitive positioning to sharpen our messaging and innovation roadmap.
Track success metrics, gather feedback, and continuously optimize initiatives to maximize reach and revenue contribution.

4. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS, marketplace, or enterprise travel environments.
5. Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue across international markets.
6. Expertise in crafting clear, differentiated value propositions that resonate with B2B decision-makers and reflect product innovation.
7. Hands-on experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns, including messaging, content creation, and enablement materials.
8. Demonstrated ability to align sales and marketing activities, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless execution across functions.
9. Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing buyer needs, and adapting strategies to match customer expectations.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey product value across a variety of channels and audiences.
11. Ability to work effectively with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure launch readiness and ongoing alignment.
12. Comfort using performance data and insights to optimize marketing efforts and support strategic planning.
13. Experience with AI-driven platforms or contributing to marketing strategies in digitally transforming industries is a strong plus.
14. Comfort with ambiguity and change, with the ability to integrate evolving products into customer-facing narratives quickly.
15. Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The position is based in Berlin, Germany. The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
