Your tasks
5. Strategic projects & transformation Taking the lead role in the management and implementation of requirements and projects in the strategically important SAP FI/CO environment. Close, cross-functional cooperation with the Process Design Team and the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the success of the project.
6. Sustainable conception & innovation Translation of complex business requirements into future-oriented IT concepts (e.g. for group-wide standards and interfaces). Active evaluation, conception and implementation of new IT technologies and services (e.g. bidirectional OData interfaces) to promote digitalization.
7. Expert support & in-depth analysis Act as central escalation instance and technical expert for 2nd level support (service operation). Independent, in-depth analysis and sustainable solution of complex incidents and problems in 3rd level support.
8. Continuous optimization & quality assurance Development, implementation and documentation of optimization measures for existing IT and business processes. Advising the specialist departments on error analysis and actively helping to shape the handover process (go-live) of new solutions into regular operations.
Your profile
9. SAP expertise (focus on FI/CO): You have several years of sound professional experience and in-depth system knowledge in the SAP FI/CO modules. Ideally, you will have knowledge of the classic SAP ECC environment as well as the future-oriented S/4HANA.
10. Technical excellence: You have excellent SAP customizing skills and a trained eye for code analysis. You have a deep understanding of complex business processes in finance and know how these are mapped technically.
11. Education: You have successfully completed a degree (e.g. in business administration, computer science or a comparable field) or have an equivalent qualification acquired through relevant professional experience.
12. Communication: You communicate fluently in German (written and spoken) and have a good command of English for smooth collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
13. Solution orientation & resilience: You have strong problem-solving skills and keep a cool head even in dynamic phases or under deadline pressure.
14. Ability to work in a team & flexibility: A high level of teamwork is a matter of course for you. You are also willing to travel occasionally.
